Our de jure Private Trible Government Nation, a Community developed in, Land Claim fully established 2008, secured all claims 2010 on land Grant 468 [48k+ acres] as “Calafia County” under the realm of the TLTN Diplomats, which includes our ‘California (de jure) Assembly,’ our Embassy (active), our Office of Foreign Missions, Calafia Private Bankers, N.A. (CPBNA) and several other Community Programs to secure our families for generations to come.

At all times, the nation of
‘Autochthonous AmEricAn Indian National Diplomats’
at large, operating by treaty of many different living men & [wo]men from all tribal nations, races, and walks of life that all follow our treaty and rules:

1. We, the People derive our Rights from Almighty God and declare our Right to self-determination, Our Right not to follow others down a path of self-destruction, Our Right to deny peonage, enforcement into servitude, invoke the 13th Amendment ratified December 1865 and here forth provide notice of our PMA by acquiescence in all matters.

2. We, the People retain and declare our Almighty God Given Right, Civil Rights to correct this path of self-destruction rooted in deception, setting a peaceful example for others to follow.

3. We, the People retain and declare our Almighty God Given Rights to operate in peace and harmony, for the benefit of our future generations, setting a peaceful example for others to follow.

4. We, the People, inherited rights of nobility, heirship, living men and [wo]men native diplomats, indigenous aboriginal nationals, de jure government, citizen as nationals, Nobles, Ambassadors, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Indigenes of Amexem (the AmEricA), a few Moorish by birth right, Autochthon AmEricAn  Indian National Diplomats, Native on the Land as Inhabitants, Virginian, Californian, Texian (de jure), etc., did NOT, do NOT, and shall NOT abandon our lands, we know our Duty and Our Right to re-establish California (de jure), and offer de facto government entities and employees to Convert or Vacate (within our boundaries of our private trust land CA CAAA 803204), owned and secured by a PMA.

Our Nation will become an example for other Nations to witness the re-establishment of a de jure Nation, as a private de jure government, includes unincorporated (NGO) entities within a private community, peacefully, openly, and without violence or prejudice.

5. We, the People do acknowledge Recognition of the Existence of the registered de facto government corporations as the 50 United States, as interstate.

We document and acknowledge the de jure united states of America under the full faith and credit of the several states, 50 de jure interstates and invite the de jure state national’s interstate, coming forth in collaboration with Our Government of our Embassy of “TLTN Diplomats,” as Ally’s with the Tribal Land Trust Nationᵑᵍᵒ, not as Enemies, due to the de facto “Corporate Government Office’s” informing, they cannot assist our people, due to our status as AmEricAn Indian Nationals.

Thereby removes de facto jurisdiction from de jure communities.

We seek peace and protection from the de facto Corporate Government Officers who are operating outside the law and continue to violate Treaty matters which are superior.

We move to collaborate with you to continue to assist the communities and better our future and acknowledge all 50 corporate United States as de facto, only by full diplomatic relations, by freehold, by birthright, all the rights of indigenous non-commercial peoples, invoke the 13th Amendment ratified December 1865.
Our peaceful cooperation is for the re-alignment of the proper and constitutional roles in a global relationship, as allies between a de facto and a de jure government of the Several de jure 50 states.

6. We, the People, acknowledge caution must be taken, and come in peace in good faith, due to the history of long-established de facto governments to NOT relinquish power and control over people lightly, easily, or without bloodshed in violation of the 13th Amendment ratified December 1865.

Our mission is peaceful with clean hands and in good faith before God, given for a patent right, over 21+ years to date.

7. Written history has instructed us that it is Our Obligation, Duty, and our Right to cast off the chains of bondage to any foreign occupation of a private nation.
Note the Federal & the State United States Government specific has occupied California de facto County of Riverside, and all 50 states for many years.
This State experiment of oppressive military dominance by the de facto employees as Officers, continue to threat and enforce by peonage on Our land.
Which has been secured within the boundaries of Land Patent CA CAAA 803204 Land Grant 486, which does not affect their claims, nor their business, by our original claimant before said patent between 1100 A.D. and 1500 A.D. concurred by Queen Calafia as indigenous inhabitants original land claimant, who was recognized as of the year 1510 A.D. as ‘California.’
We operate in peace, and proclaim our existence that began in 2004 and growing success around February 16th, 2008 secured public notice over 2 years as of July 29th, 2010 to secure our nation pursued and successfully claimed said land, with no disputes coming forth as a true ‘Tribal Land Trust Nationᵑᵍᵒ,’ as TLTN Diplomats, with our own↔ Assembly, as the California (de jure) Assembly,
our own ↔Embassy, to honor the land as our de jure nun pro tunc removes the unlawful subjugation of California de facto within Riverside County through the forced adoption of its own rules, and has proven that any government established in deception and said military subjugation, can be removed by law, and their enforcement into servitude is destined to fail, documented into law and in violation of the constitution
13th Amendment ratified December 1865.

FACTs:
There are no citizens, no corporate citizens, no US Citizens, no United States Citizens within the Tribal Land Trust Nationᵑᵍᵒ.

The members are:

can be considered a private diplomat de jure most born with titles as on this earth and within the united states of America.

The de facto Untied States Government actions by BIRTH RECORD is in fact the Cesti Que (Vie) Trust, in law.

Which we move to de jure united states of America as - Rural Free.

The members of the Tribal Land Trustᵑᵍᵒ do not use their diplomatic immunity to do harm to others, swindle others, nor make the world a harder place to live in.

NOTE:
Any member that violates this rule will be banished from our community and their title removed.

All members of the Tribal Land Trustᵑᵍᵒ attest to the fact that they understand all the definitions and rules of this covenant and agree to it without reservation.

All members are members under a Diplomatic title, which creates a devotion need to be entirely and fully determined by each individual member themselves to comply with all rules.

No sort of groveling or worship is wanted or desired.

Without independent thoughts, experience, expertise, education, by their own decision and intent, all members risk losing their status as said community Diplomatic members as:

• Secretary's • Counselors • Ministers • Ambassadors • Envoys
• Chargé d'affaires which also will include Emissaries.

We are responsible for our actions, and are actions are all in good faith.

Our rules are not obligations and will never be subject to any specific scrutiny.

These rules are documented in our treaty of peace and friendship- bonding with us and other nations, as moral and honorable duty that we ourselves take great pride and enjoy fulfilling our needs for our future and the future of our heirs.

There is no failure, nor shame, nor any form of guilt involving these ideas. We apply our rules and treaties to be the best of our abilities at all times in our life and never feel an obligation towards these ideas. We are not a prisoner, nor a slave to our covenant, our covenant is educational, enjoyable, and peaceful, fulfilment of our destiny and secure our futures.
